Travel Retail · StorefrontA fit-out contractor specialising in fine finishes.
Founded in March 2005, SKILLS Interior Contractors began as a specialist fit-out contractor for fine finishes — the detailing that separates a finished space from a merely built one. Two decades on, we remain a trusted turnkey partner to Egypt's fastest-growing commercial and retail markets, working for major distributors of international brands alongside leading local names.
"Everything from floor to ceiling."
Our teams of architects, site engineers and craftsmen carry a project from workshop drawings through to handover under uncompromising standards — one point of accountability for quality, cost and programme, from first fixing to final finish.
The practice is deliberately commercial-first: retail flagships, food & beverage concepts, corporate offices and showrooms make up the majority of our work. Select private residences are taken on where our finish standard is asked for at home.
Scope of Work
Every capability below runs on the same workshop drawings, procurement schedule and site team — so the display case, the ceiling detail and the till point all arrive finished to one standard, on one programme.
Retail Fit-Out
Turnkey stores, boutiques and shop-in-shops for international and local retail brands, from shell to opening day.
Food & Beverage
Restaurants, cafés and kiosks fitted for daily service — compressed programmes, durable finishes, coordinated kitchen & MEP works.
Corporate Interiors
Offices, headquarters and production facilities finished around how a business actually operates day to day.
Showrooms & Travel Retail
High-specification environments for automotive, resort and duty-free clients, where the finish is the sales floor.
Joinery & Furniture Production
Custom display systems and furniture manufactured against the same drawing set as the space they furnish.
Renovation & Refurbishment
Live-environment upgrades to public areas, outlets and façades, sequenced to keep clients trading.
＋ Private residential fit-out is taken on selectively, on request.
A selection from 80+ projects on file.
Commercial work leads the practice — retail, F&B, corporate and showroom fit-outs delivered nationwide.
